How's this name?

Here is a name I thought of last night for our YCLA newsletter. I had posted several ideas here before regarding this need, and as I told you, only the last one seemed to fit. Realizing later, and having talked to David about it, I began to see that "The Celestial Citizen," while being onomatopoeic, was not strong-sounding enough. So, the latest idea is "The Citizen-Leader." I googled this name and it has not been taken as a newsletter; the only meaningful usage was on a couple university websites. I think this is probably the best idea yet.
